The Tea Party may have scored some vague victories in the past couple of years, but on policy, not so much. Government is still getting bigger, the deficit is getting larger, Lois Lerner is still walking free, nearly a third of the country over the age of 16 is not working...I could go on, but we all know the list. This writer is clueless.

I agree. There are many victories to count, but they are almost entirely electoral. If the party had embraced the movement instead co-opting or removing it, we would be in a much better place. We have to celebrate the election of some much better Senators and House members as well a slew at the state level. Too bad our biggest opponent isn’t in the opposition party. WE are the opposition.
