Just clicked on article about the underpaid cheerleader and got a red warning about FR being a malware site, unsafe, etc. Are we being infiltrated?

My laptop computer froze and I thought it was a dead mouse so I changed that because it’s light was off but that didn’t work so then I tried to reboot the modem but that didn’t work because the laptop is still frozen and it won’t shut off because it has batteries and it’s still frozen and I’m using my iPhone right now.
I’m still trying to think about what to do.
Lord have mercy.
Maybe laptops have to be closed for a while before they shut down? I might be too impatient.
Let it sit a minute or so and repower up.

Can you remove the batteries?
It may or may not do a little "self checking", nothing wrong about that.
Usually everything will be OK.
I don’t know. Chrome’s malware warning thing went nuts this for awhile. Seems to be working a bit better now.
