“Registered versus likely voters.”

So tell me, how do you differentiate between registered and “lilkely” GOP voters?
Registration is a fact borne out by documentation, but “likelihood” is not a verifiable condition. It’s just taking someone’s “word” at a point in time.

It’s a statistical category used by pollsters

Likely voters are determined by voting history and self reported enthusiasm and intent to vote.

Likely voter polls are generally considered slightly more reliable

This isnt something i determined. . It is part of the poll report that they identify the category of respondents identified.

This poll reported as registered voters, not likely voters.

They ask the respondents stuff like who they voted for in the last two elections or did you vote in the last two elections. Stuff like that. Anybody that voted in 2008 and 2012 is a likely voter.
