I think the FBI should get angry with the White House’s position and indict Hillary for gross violation of the Espionage Act.

The FBI does not indict. They merely present evidence of criminality to the Justice Department. It’s up to the army of appointed US Attorneys and their boss (Obama) as to which ones to execute as actionable. You know, like Hobby Lobby, Chik Filet, and Coca Cola.
