Yes hedging his bets with 45 and not 49. To AnnieOkie, I am not sure of the dynamics of a family biz that is let’s say 49 X 2 with a subdivision wall to seperate. My guess it can’t be the same payroll, & tax i.d. number, but can they be under one LLC or holding company? Not an attorney or CPA, however they might have the answer....

I purpose that it would have to be divided into two separate companies, LLC, whatever. Two payrolls,etc., but the point is it is still a one family 2 business holdings that produces the same products that the one company did before Obamacare hit them.

To be safer, when getting the parts or whatever to the company on the other side of that NEW wall, send them UPS. Don't just open the door and shove them in, to obvious.

I think all this would work, all costs involved in setting this new operation up is FAR less than the cost of Obamacare. I can think of many businesses that this method would work.

Make garments.....one cuts the other side stitches. Actually this reminds me of the UNIONS.....not my job, can't touch that.lol......but it works for them.

When or if Obamacare is ever Repealed.....Tear Down That Wall.
