I think it’s better for them to ignore Iowa & Carson. Answering the screaming-heads will just encourage them.

It’s time both Trump and Cruz go after Carson a bit.

The Iowa caucus delegates are uncommitted. While Cruz wants to do well there, a top three finish is "good enough" to stick around. Trump is VERY strong in NH, where Cruz is quite weak. Cruz will want to show up (he has an office thre), but not rely on it. Florida is a state where Cruz putting in too much of an effort (for no ultimate delegates) risks a Rubio (or even John Ellis Bush) winning. Cruz has shown where his efforts are: some in Iowa, a LOT in Michigan, SC, GA, Texas and other southern states. I see no reason why Cruz wouldn't do well in the west (outside CA) once the field is winnowed a bit.
