Hillary took full reponseiblity for Benghazi. What that implies to me, is NOT that we move on, it implies that it becomes a legitimate issue that she has to respond to at every interview and every debate.

One imagines a debate with Donald Trump at some point in the future. Trump addresses Hillary. "Given that you have taken full responsibility for the disaster at Benghazi that saw Americans die at on obscure consulate, on what basis can you assure the American people that you are even remotely qualified to be commander in chief?"
Full responsibility doesn't mean it goes away. It means you own it.

Hillary took full responsibility for Benghazi, but didn’t know anything about security so appointed an expert, who didn’t provide the necessary security, who was the expert and what kind, if any, people did he hire, American or Lybian? She appointed “experts” in various departments, that way she was responsible for NOTHING.
