"“Special Privilege” Muslim Truck Drivers Win Lawsuit After Refusing To Deliver “Demon Alcohol,” Do Their Jobs"

Over-the-road company truck drivers aren’t generally allowed to select their loads by any national carrier. They are sent a dispatch, expected to accept it and go pick it up. That’s the understanding when you’re hired, the rules the industry operates under and what is expected of employees. If more consistency in runs or commodity type is needed, local delivery jobs, cement, produce, building materials or the like, perhaps beer or soda, offer an alternative.

That’s the system unless you’re an entitled, argumentative, self-aggrandized Muslim transplant from Somalia; then things are different. You expect the world to adjust to your whims, for employers to craft their company procedures around your particular demands, and file a lawsuit if they don’t.

Remember if you are a Christian, you MUST bake a cake for anyone even when it is against your religion..or you will have to pay fines of over $100,00.00 BUT if you are a Muslim and told to haul something that is against your religion then Ok you win, you do not have to. My point is that it should either be all one way or they other. This inconsistency is just plain wrong...

The American trucking industry will now get a lot of public support for their push to flood the country with Mexican truckers. I can’t imagine why any legitimate trucking outfit would hire some mutant from Somalia in the first place.

What about the BAKE THAT CAKE crowd? Isn’t it hate speech to refuse something based on religious beliefs?

It astounds me that some are of two minds about “religious exemptions” following that horrible Hobby Lobby decisions (yes. horrible). I said it back the and I say it now, “religious exemptions” will, over time, turn against us. and here ya go.

Your religious beliefs should never, ever be a reason for not doing your job. You don’t like it ... then quit.

That is what I was thinking. This may come back to bite them. There are plenty of Christians in a similar situation. Not sure you can put the Genie back in the bottle now....

Dan. 8:23 “In the latter part of their reign, when rebels have become completely wicked, a fierce-looking king, a master of intrigue, will arise. 24 He will become very strong, but not by his own power. He will cause astounding devastation and will succeed in whatever he does. He will destroy those who are mighty, the holy people. 25 He will cause deceit to prosper, and he will consider himself superior."

It's headed here (the false prophet is Mohamed):

“people are fearful of pissing muzzies off”.

Yup. Think you’re on to something Old Yeller. That’s why
we got out of the city and make time for target practice.
I can hit the side of a barn; but husband practices on the
multitude of squirrels that steal his pears. He shoots ‘em;
and the buzzards eat ‘em.

How does the religious issue of transporting booze square with Christian bakeries who lost their businesses, both by court decisions? What am I missing?

Then we need one more test case: A Muslim run bakery has an order come through for a wedding cake for a gay couple, a rum cake with maple-bacon icing, delivered to a Jewish run banquet hall. How would our judicial system handle this case?
