In order to preclude future tragedies like Benghazi, an investigation must occur. This is not politics. This is working to preclude the murders of Americans overseas.

If, during the investigation, negligence or criminal actions are discovered, then the next steps are taken. Negligence can be handled judicially or non-judicially. A non-judicial action at this level could rise to impeachment. Judicial actions can be taken for instances of gross negligence (such as actions resulting in death) or criminal behavior.

The Democrats realize the serious consequences they face over the handling of Libya and Benghazi.

They are scared to death.

You & I probably disagree on several things, BUT I will never, never, never vote for Hillary! If you had told me that I would ever vote for Trump I would have told you you were out of your mind. Even my mother, a bleeding heart liberal despises Hillary. She is NOT a feminist & it is painful to see so many young women in ecstasy over a possible 1st woman president. That was me many moons ago. Now I know voting for 1st anything is crazy unless they are the best of the lot (or least vomitatious as has been the case for many elections for both parties) is just wrong. I have seen people who will break their party code for the first time & not vote for Hillary. At least I feel respect for Sanders because he is completely true to his beliefs, but I would not vote for him. There are people who say they will vote for her simply because of the Supreme Court. I want to see the Clintons gone from the political landscape.

Sadly she seems unstoppable.

What we saw was Hillary at her best. Lord knows what it took to get her there. She has plenty of time to go downhill, to flop, to look gawd awful, same as she did just a few short weeks ago...... Donald Trump is the only man with the juice, the money and the cleverness to beat her.

Hillary has always had health “issues” and I am counting for some of them to be returning soon

Right now, the ball sits with The Director of The FBI.

His organization is investigating Hillary Clinton to determine if the evidence shows she committed a crime.

We know they are investigating.

We will see what they find and report.

It is up to each individual American citizen to think about this incident and decide in their mind, not their heart, what has happened based on the evidence provided.

Interesting that her supports never seem to show up at her events. I think most of her supporters are fictional, or idiots who think they are supporting Bill.

That's a good observation. I don't think she is unbeatable, but we still can't underestimate her. The freebie vote will be hers, and that's a large percentage of the voters right there.

That's what makes a Trump candidacy so promising. He won't hold back on her if he holds true to his present form, and she will have to answer for her misdeeds to the middle.

The person who can stop Hillary is Obama.

By golly, you're right about that. The FBI probe into Hillary's emails will go exactly as far as Obama wants it to go. I had forgotten all about that angle.

From the OP, paragraph 4: “an adept ability to con abecedarian Americans. “

Paragraph 10: “a daft, distracted and dilatory electorate”

Donald will fade pretty quickly.

If I had a dollar for every time I have heard/read that since the beginning of July, I would have as much money as Trump.

I have very distant relatives who think the sun rises and sets on the Clintons.

SMH.

They’re probably going to riot anyway if the Designer Negro leaves the white hut.

They’ll riot if he doesn’t.

That’s all they want to do.

Trump will call out Hillary for a lifetime of lies and deceit 24/7 day after day month after month.

IRS: "Nice building ya got dere, Mr. Trump. Be a shame if any back tax assessments ever took it away from ya. And if ya don' watch yer mouth about our meal ticket Hillary, somethin' bad like dat might happen. I'm just sayin'..."

I did not know that. This is interesting:

“These 14 trips were motivated, at least in part, by Andell’s interest in private personal and financial matters, including his desire to accrue service time toward receipt of a pension from the state of Texas...

...”I take full responsibility for violating the conflict-of-interest statute, having already reimbursed the department for the expenses....”

Did the hours get docked from those he was accruing for a pension?

I see archives of the radio show are online.

I didn’t know that either.

I was trying to find out what type of judge he was-if he was federal(he isn’t)then who appointed him.

Both scamming for money on a different scale.

At least the judge didn’t kill anyone AFAIK.
