Your comment reminds me of what Trump used to say about Jeb when he started his campaign. Trump would say about Jeb, that “He’s not happy” and he was right. Afterwards, he started focusing more on the low-energy meme, but he was right to point out that Jeb never looked like he really wanted to run.
Jeb may not have wanted to run, but that does not mean he did not want to win.
