Democratic U.S. presidential candidate Hillary Clinton on Friday denounced as "pathetic" and "totally ridiculous" a Republican congressman's call to impeach her on her first day in office if she is elected to the White House next year.
Clinton, the front-runner for her party's November 2016 presidential nomination, was responding to comments made by Republican Representative Mo Brooks of Alabama.

He told a radio interviewer that “she will be a unique president if she is elected by the public next November because the day she’s sworn in is the day that she’s subject to impeachment because she has committed high crimes and misdemeanors.”
Appearing on MSNBC’s “The Rachel Maddow Show,” Clinton said of the comments by Brooks: “Isn’t that pathetic? It’s just laughable. It’s so totally ridiculous.”
She might have more serious worries if she wins the election.
Since The Republican Party is not known as the Stupid party for nothing, she may be right.
Pathetically stupid party..??
It's funny because it's true. Hillary basically cackles anytime someone startles her with the truth.
They should start proceedings now so they will be ready for the vote on day 1.
Puhlease. The GOP is as useless as STD-laden $hit.
The GOP has complicitly enabled treason, fraud, IRS abuse,
arming of al Qaeda, election fraud, the coverup of the
above, and still is the only reason there is
ObamaTRADE, ObamaCARE, gay/RomneyMarriage and a
dying America, and long-dead American reputation and
standing.
The complicit, lying, scheming, self-serving,
and EXEMPT GOP is a curse on the American people.
Hillary, Did you notice how your contradictory testimony, under oath was “pathetic”?
hilary will carry on the agenda of the second president to be impeached
he was impeached for dishonesty to the court
like him she lies but not nearly as well
she must never be president
Well, the Republicans ARE pathetic. She’s right about that.
And she’s right! Can you picture a loser like Ryno impeaching?
Hopefully, the Republican party is growing up and will lose that epithet ...
Mo Brooks apparently does not understand the role of the media in this election. It is their job to portray the comments of Republicans in the worst possible light.
Of course, a similar comment by a Democrat regarding Donald Trump would be described by the media as a “comment proving Trump’s divisiveness”.
The media remains our real enemy.
Committing high crimes and misdemeanors is different from being convicted of such.
There not a prosecutor in the land that would bring charges against Hillary Clinton, unless they had a death wish.
It’s funny, because we are still told constantly by leftists that Nixon was a horrible president and worse person because he lied after underlings committed crimes and coverups.
Now we have someone running for office who has committed similar - or worse - crimes and has DEFINITELY engaged in multiple coverups. In other words, she would be a brazen, unrepentant liar before the oath was ever taken. And the lefties are fine with that.
Way to go Hillary. I took me years.
:: Hillary basically cackles anytime someone startles her with the truth ::
Or, drops into a coughing jag....
Stop feeding the beast you MO-MOS’!
Moe, Larry, cheese! Moe, Larry, cheese!
:-)

Correct. Look at what McCarthy said. Republicans only talk tough.
