Talking about "dangerous false teaching." How Christian is Moore's big lie about Jesus being an "undocumented immigrant?"

Here he is in "Russell Moore Responds: Jesus Was An Undocumented Immigrant:" youtube.com

The most basic knowledge of Jesus and his life/time includes the fact that he was born when both Israel and Egypt were part of the Roman Empire and not independant countries with their own immigration laws or borders.

Their is no question Moore is a lying propagandist and not a Christian evangelic. The only question is: How much of the hundreds of billions of dollars of government funding for "resettling" illegals does Moore and his Baptist associates pocket? Poverty pimps with upturned collars!

Thank you for posting this.

It's certain the Preachers are advocating heartily for Carson.

Clarification:

Since both Israel and Egypt were part of the Roman Empire and not independent countries with their own immigration laws or borders - Jesus was neither an undocumented or legal immigrant in Egypt.

Trump has not shown to believe in “prosperity Gospel,” but some of those ministers he met with about a month ago do believe in that.

He also lies when he responds that he merely called him an "immigrant" (which itself is a lie) and not an “illegal immigrant.” Here he write in his own blog "russellmoore.com":
"This is a gospel issue. First of all, our Lord Jesus himself was a so-called “illegal immigrant.”"

We went through all this with Ronald Reagan because Reagan was divorced. I used to tell people I was happy to support Reagan as president of the U.S.,... but not for an elder of my church.

Different jobs, different requirements.

I’d be more comfortable as a Christian supporting Donald Trump than as a Christian supporting Mike Huckabee. Trump speaks merely as a lay person. Huckabee, as governor who postured as a former minister, released prisoners from jail that killed people upon release.

Russell Moore, president of the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention, is disputing conventional wisdom that Trump is hugely popular with born again Christians, insisting those actually in his camp follow the “dangerous false teaching of the prosperity gospel.”

It looks like Russell Moore is following the dangerously false teaching of the prosperity gospel himself! How much government money is he collecting to "help" the government take care of illegal immigrants?

What a disappointment to see such hypocrisy from a man with leadership responsibility and power to do good! His overseers need to talk to him.

Little by little the Baptists’ true colors are coming out.

Do a search. I bet you will find out Moore is on the receiving end of dollars to “help” illegals destroy our country.

Childish personal attacks on Russell Moore aside, he is certainly correct to say that Trump is not the favorite among Christian conservatives.

Needs to be restated.

Large percentages of evangelicals, and pentecostals, and catholics are pro-illegal (like me).

Large percentages of the same are anti-illegal.

We disagree, just as we disagree on pre or post trib or a few other issues. The reality is that some people can be good Christians and have less than perfect theology. Some people can have perfect theology and be empty shells and not Christian at all.

By their fruits ye shall know them.

You got that right; our evangelical leaders are selling out Christians for thirty million silver pesos. But we need FR friends who are actually in the communities to keep track, take pictures, report!!

//“dangerous false teaching of the prosperity gospel.”//

Then Moore has no clue what the Prosperity gospel really is. The WOF movement or ‘blab it and grab it’ is the opposite of what Trump stands for. Trump believes in hard work to be sucessful - prosperity gospel teaches the heresy that God wants us to be wealthy and we don’t have to work just speak it. The WOF makes God having to comply with our demands.

Sounds like a first class wack job. Hope he doesn’t speak for most southern Christians, or, once again, the right will rip itself apart in a “purity” battle. Pick the most conservative with the best chance to win and now that is Trump. Carson is too nice and inexperienced to beat Hellery.

I like Trump and most certainly do not follow the prosperity gospel. I wish people would just speak for themselves and not others.

Russel Moore is a false prophet and a lying dog liberal from hell like the left wing is in going to be for their hatred of and refusal of forgiveness by God’s anointed one, Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour.

“dangerous false teaching of the prosperity gospel.”

Amazing! I suppose advocating “tolerance” for any and all kinds of evil and the practice thereof to fill pews like most of the “churches” today are doing is something else.

Not only that, but at least He most undoubtedly was "documented" when His parents took part in the census.
