Nothing ‘happened’ in Iowa. Carson has been stronger here than believed. When the pollsters wanted him to be strong, SHAZAM!, they found his support.

Carson has been drawing rapt listeners from Iowa Evangelical crowds for many months, covered by Craig Robinson at ‘The Iowa Republican’.

The same thing will happen with Cruz. At some point, it will fit the MSM meme to show him with support, and they will find it. But not much will have changed.

I’m sorry. Ben is a nice guy. He’s really not all that unique as a doctor who is devout Christian and conservative. There are many many Ben Carson’s out there, but there is no one out there like Trump.

I think the people of Iowa are fuzzy headed when it comes to elections.

The more you listen to Ben Carson the more the guy sounds like a weak kneed nice guy. He reminds me a lot Bill Russell whom I met many years ago. He came to our college to speak. I went to shake his hand. It was warm and limp, and I think he even put his left hand over his right hand for good measure.

Ben should be a preacher, not our president. Sorry, but that’s how I feel.

Iowa is a crazy place, they voted for 0bama in the caucuses and twice in the general. I suspect that many or even the majority of Iowans are white guilters, and will vote for any black on the ballot.

Iowa is, after all, the home of Jane Elliott, that old fool who came up with the “anti-racism” program to have her students target people with blue eyes for discrimination, and abuse.

Are these the same folks who stayed home over Romney and helped give us Obuckwheat?

If those people aren't careful...they'll give us Hillary.

If they give us Hillary...they're gonna be going onto my LIST.

And you don't want to be on the LIST...or in me BOOK!

Tread wisely.

Presidents Rick Santorum (’12) and Mike Huckabee (’08) can attest that winning the primary in IA is very important to a successful presidential run.

I am left wondering how the top 2 contenders in the Republican field were so recently Democrats.

Freeper Red Steel discovered that Carson's numbers are only up because these were push polls. This poll was designed to get Ben Carson ahead of Donald Trump. Bloomberg and the Des Moines Register asked a serious of questions that are overwhelmingly favorable for Carson.

It's a big time push poll:

Rove cheated Santorum out of his winning votes in IA in ‘12. Mitt won.

And Carson’s numbers are cheats, too; these polls are push polls; see #71

Just remember how Freeper Proust saw Carson cheating his Facebook numbers right before the last debate.

Wait a minute.

If there is a margin of 5% it could also mean Trump is at 24% and Carson at 23%.

Why do you “love” someone who is not qualified to be President? Just because he has a well polished bed-side manner?
We need a fighter who can save this country and that means Donald Trump!!!!

As you may recall, the Des Moines Register told Trump to get out of the race 3 months ago.

And Michael Bloomberg does not like Trump running for president.

I don’t believe this nonsense. Simply the Media’s way to try and destroy and discourage all the Trump enthusiasm.

Carson seems to be believing it now as his EGO has emboldened him to finally expose his BLACKNESS and his admiration for AL Sharpton.........

Playing the race card early, catching onto O’s coattails. Wrong move Carson............
............................................
Very Telling indeed. don’t trust him on 2nd Amendment either!

The media is all over him now because he is playing his race card, does any one really think they care about his religion? yeah right.

They only care that they may get their Obama II.

Carson’s leadership ability is limited to a surgical team around an operating table.

Trump has worked out so many deals over the years, and handled so many last minute issues when some detail fell out of bed, and put out so many brush fires when some part or person in the deal suddenly went crosswise and needed to be straightened out and brought back into line.

And I can’t in my wildest dreams see ANY of the other 14 or so having the chops to do that, up against the Corrupt Bastards Club. Even my former man Cruz, the politician. Politicians only know one thing to do about a problem; throw money at it. Other people’s money. Trump doesn’t do that. You don’t build a shining, glowing $10+ Billion empire by throwing money away.

Carson just recently said he would replace medicare (and medicad) with a $2,000 a year Medical Savings Account. I don’t think seniors are going to be happy about that.

Carson is a likable guy, but Hillary will obliterate him in a general election. 40 state landslide territory.

I think Trump is the best chance a GOPer has to beat Hillary in the general election. He’ll at least effectively take the fight to the liberals, not let them dictate the language of the debate and narrative, and otherwise fight back.

We shall see.

I don't trust CARSON on anything now. Had a gut feeling about him from the start, now that he has played his RACE CARD, my gut was right.

He played his religious card early, people cabbaged onto that which emboldened him to play his Race Card now.

Do we really want an Obama Jr.?... Fool me once.......etc.

except I was never fooled by Zippo.
