what will happen if liberals imposed their view of racial justice in the legal system is Black victims would not get protection from the legal system. Black neighborhoods would be even more dangerous with criminals preying upon innocent citizens

I don't know if it was mentioned in the article, but a good percentage of the people in prison for non-violent drug offenses plea bargained for that down from a more violent or serious charge. Virtually nobody is in for possession of small amounts of any recreational drug.

The anti-prison proponents want to make it seem the great majority of prisoners are in there for minor drug offenses. WRONG!!!
