The Kenyan just wants us to raise the funds to bail them out. He didn’t say he would give it to them. Instead it will be transferred to an offshore bank account like I think other taxpayer funds have been. I think the guy is stealing taxpayer funds for himself and the cronies. No. I don’t have any proof but its a gut feeling and its led me to solving many cases.
