I have a weird feeling that Biden is still in. Is it possible? If he didn’t want the mud-slinging between him and Hillary, could he wait for an indictment and at the convention be ‘nominated’? I don’t know how late you can get in.

He has made it known he is “available” just by this speculation. He could respond as the hero in waiting if the hildabeast goes to jail.
If hillary can't stop the inner witch from bursting out before the nomination, who's left? The dem elite don't want Sanders any more that the 'pub elite want Trump. So I'd think a rested Biden, not in the political fray, is their Plan B. Better than having hillary and Biden beat up each other in a campaign.
