Fox News Channel personality Geraldo Rivera sent a congratulatory message Tuesday to “stud” Canadian Prime Minister-elect Justin Trudeau — whose mother he once claimed to have bedded.

“Congrats to @JustinTrudeau #Canada now has a stud prime minister who’s going to inject passion & energy into a nation’s staid, safe policies,” Rivera tweeted.

Back in 1991, Rivera boasted in his kiss-and-tell book “Exposing Myself” that he had a steamy tryst with the prime minister-elect’s mom and former Canadian first lady Margaret Trudeau.
