Romney on Ryan as Speaker: I’d ‘Hate to Lose’ Him as a Potential Presidential Contender

Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union,” former Gov. Mitt Romney (R-MA), the 2012 GOP presidential nominee, sounded off on the possibility of Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI). Romney’s 2012 running mate, as the next Speaker of the House.

Romney told show host Jake Tapper Ryan as Speaker of the House would lessen the possibility he could make a future run for president.

“We need Paul in two spots at once,” Romney said. “You know, there haven’t been a lot of people that have gone on from speaker to the White House, so I’d hate to lose him as a potential contender down the road for the White House. But he is such a man of such talent and such integrity and character that he’s a real resource for the country.”

Yes, we should split Ryan down the middle for his right and left personality. Fits most Establishment RINOs.

I’d hate to see an open borders weasel like Paul Ryan even considered for President, it does kind of illustrates that Romney was lying the whole time about his own stance during the campaign.

Now if JEB will endorse him it will be a done deal.

Romney had his chance. He needs to go home and tend to his dog and stuff. His opinion is not needed.

What’s up?

Romney is trying to be more involved now than he was 4 years ago.

But he isn’t a potential contender, Mittens, and neither are you, or anyone like you.

You and your ilk are finished, you rats.

Looking at how Paul has voted and talked since his last national campaign, I would encourage him to save himself for a Presidential effort so he can get rejected like Jeb. We need him as Speaker like we need small pox.

Willard Romney, Tokyo Rove, Chris Wallace, George Will
and the other RATS who support Obama, Hillary CLinton
and Soros have made a Hell of America.
They lie every day. Wallace and Will today lied
about TVs being manufactured in the USA.

An Apology is owed the Palin family and the American
people by these odious frauds.

Dear Mitt,

You had your time on the stage and, frankly, you blew it.
By listening to pollsters and consultants and backing off of President Evil and lightening up, you lost the election.
You might have lost anyway since there were those who stayed home like a bunch of dunces. Because even though you were not the ideal candidate, you would have been 10,000% better than President Evil.

At this time your input is really not needed or wanted. In other words, you are irrelevant.

You have a lovely family and a great life. Enjoy it and keep your opinions to yourself.

Sincerely,

Lifelong Disgruntled Republican

If Romney had won, Rubio’s Gang bill would have passed and Mitt would have signed away America.

I can think of well over 60,000,000 Mitt has decided he’s relaxant and won’t go quietly into the good night. Why would he?.

Don’t fret folks. It’s just the lesser evil that idiots demanded applying itself with real consequences to America.

“Romney had his chance. He needs to go home and tend to his dog and stuff. His opinion is not needed.”

Mitt can take Juan McAinal with him, and they can go to a wilderness in Utah and inspect each other’s navels.
