Nope. Obama has the last word. Hillary does not get prosecuted unless Obama wants Hillary to get prosecuted.
The only way that Obama decides to burn Hillary is if another Democrat enters the race that Obama wants to get the nomination. At this point in the game I don’t see that happening.
Actually, I would like to see the investigations and any trial/sentencing dragged out beyond Obama’s term. Then he couldn’t pardon her. Hopefully he’s succeeded by a GOP POTUS.
