Joe Scarborough swung a double-edged sword on today's Morning Joe, swiping simultaneously at his MSNBC colleague Chris Matthews and at radio host and debate panelist Hugh Hewitt.
The subject was Marco Rubio, with Hewitt calling him "the most dynamic speaker the Republican party has seen ever, since Lincoln." "Since Lincoln," asked Scarborough incredulously—"do you have a tingle going up your leg?" Scarborough said that rather than recalling Lincoln, "when I see Marco speaking, I'm seeing a guy that's running for student government."

Someone needs to send a package of male depends to Hewitt’s home radio station, KRLA, in Glendale, CA. It would be appreciated next time Hewitt talks to Rubio. A visible wet streak down the inside of a pair of nice slacks would be embarrassment.
I luv Hugh Hewitt. He is maybe the most reliable GOPe spokesman out there.
I think, what he was saying and what Scarborough was either missing or chose to miss was Jeb (no last name) is considered dead meat by the GOPe. Rubio is now “The Chosen One”.

KRLA is the Salem station in Los Angeles. The carry Levin, which is the only 3 hours where Trump is treated fairly during the entire day. Hewitt uses his interviewees as a means to bash Trump. Steyn won’t go for that which irritates Hewitt. The rest are willing accomplices. The rest of people do their own bashing. The only one who isn’t fully on board with that is Larry Elder, but they are working on him.
Hugheseless Hewitt is a paid pimp for the establishment. He’s just shilling for Rubio because his masters see the necessity to throw their weight behind Dondi now that Heb is flopping.

He will back whoever they tell him to. The Joyful Tippy-toes Dirupter Tortoise is flaming out so alternatives like Fiorina and Rubio are being pushed.
