The troubles that started when Jersey City Councilman Khemraj "Chico" Ramchal was charged with DWI in March continued today during a court appearance on theft charges related to an alleged "no show" county job.
Ramchal said nothing while making his first court appearance on the theft charge today in Central Judicial Processing court in Jersey City. According to a criminal complaint, he purposely obtained "the property of the County of Hudson, specifically through paychecks in the excess of $500, by deception"
The councilman allegedly did so "by creating or reinforcing the false impression that he was at this place of employment working when in fact he was not," the complaint states.

I wonder if the councilman is (a) a LIB, (b) a DIM and (3) an illegal alien. Maybe all three...
At one time the US State Dept (before Hillary) would not accept visas from Hudson County b/c they were so crooked.
The county clerk was a latino who corrupted everything he handled.
