Are they mercenaries or official troops?

Remember the Cubans in Angola in 1975?
Obama was opposed to the USA trying to spread American style democracy to other countries.
But he has validated the communist regime in Cuba and enabled them to go back to spreading communism to other countries.

If you were Syria and you sold your soul for Russian help....wouldn’t you be pissed when the Cubans show up?
I had a couple of contracts like that: You get promised top shelf help, and two recent college grads show up at $100/hour.
