Nobody wants to go near Tort reform. I know of a couple doctors who quit practicing because their malpractice insurance costs were too high.
One was a podiatrist. He was required to get separate insurance policies for procedures on different parts of the feet. Insurance for ankles, heels, toes, etc.

We ALL know a few. 10-12000 a month is extortion. Thank the criminals (lawyers)
