The British forces have always taken in foreigners from all over the world. And still do. Given our history, not surprising.
If there is a concern for me, its that the youth of the UK either aren’t up to it or don’t want to serve.

My concern is the numbers rather than furrners. We have always taken on foreigners, from the Hessians to the Gurkhas to the Fijians, Aussies, Kiwis and Springboks of today. Hell, even a few Yanks and Canucks!.
