i figured out that the person cpmmenting is the @ but it’s too much noise form me
The multiple “@’ signs means the tweet is being copied to others.
The hashtags refer to either a real Twiiter page that collects these comments on a subject or sometimes is just a humorous title for a non-existent hashtag.
