In another FR thread the other day someone documented around half-a-dozen Carson malpractice lawsuits that paint a very different picture of him.
His 15 minutes are eventually going to end, rather spectacularly I suspect.
His Colin Powell/Chance the Gardener act scares me too.
Exactly—as with all the media praise for Fiorina.
I'm not a Carson supporter but actually, no, nobody did any such thing.
Oh, someone did post a piece-of-crap tabloid thing that neither documented anything nor demonstrated its implied thesis. Did you mean that?
Yep, Rove will have Carson’s head for dinner once Carson takes out Trump.
It is SO OBVIOUS what is going on, but many (actually most) Republicans see Carson as a well-accomplished black man and REALLY, REALLY, want to show the country that they’re not racist and are perfectly willing to vote for a black candidate, if given the chance.
In other words, if Carson wasn’t black, he wouldn’t even be at Jindal’s level, give his lack of political experience and him seemingly being totally confused by national politics.
Rather then scream bile at other candidates, make the case for your candidate.
When you post these personal attack diatribes you simply alienate 2/3s of the people who might otherwise listen to you.
Posting things like these screeds, which only appeal to people who all ready agree with you, is a waste of your time.
You are pathetic.
Any doctor that practices in an area of high risk will be subjected to lawsuits. Some parent unhappy with the outcome even though the risk/rewards were explained will file. Ask any OB/GYN or specialized surgeon.
There is a cabal dedicated to excoriating Carly and it seems like one for Dr. Carson. I’m sure if we looked there are those against each candidate and as you mentioned rather than post positive about those they do support they feel they are contributing by attacking other candidates.

Actually, to better illustrate the point, “someone” posted something documenting Trump’s “bankruptcies.” You remember that, right? That proved exactly as much about Trump as the “malpractice suit” thread proved about Carson. But you (correctly) bristled at the Trump thread, I’m sure, and then swallowed the Carson thread. Yellow journalism is yellow journalism.
Why? Carson is a joke, he appears to have been a bad doctor, and he cannot be trusted on 2nd amendment and other topics. Not worth mentioning? Why not?
Feeling patronizing this morning?
Carson is a weak RINO on too many issues. He was never even a registered Republican until he decided to run for office in 2014. Very much like Powell’s becoming a Republican for career advancement, but undermining the party’s positions every chance he gets.
Most Freepers don’t need it spelled out for them.
Trump never had a personal bankruptcy. Which, personally as a person who did because of a business failure and bankruptcy, I would not hold against him if he had. He did have business bankruptcies, yes. Big deal. Lots of businesses do. It is business.
Off topic a bit, but rather interesting how Fiorina disappeared. Did she quit? Go on vacation? Or just waiting out the bad press? Despite being media’s darling, the undercurrent was very bad.
You are even more pathetic that the first guy.
Both of you spend all your time pissing on Reagan’s legacy as only Democrat trolls would, chucking stones at people who are actually trying to do something other than sit in their pajamas behind a keyboard; Reagan gave good advice on how to campaign and it wasn’t instructing conservatives to chuck stones like a bunch of muslim fanatics who wonder why no one wants to convert to their ‘perfect’ religion.
One of the best things about conservatives - usually- is that instead of tearing down they build up; meanwhile one of the best indicators that a person is a leftist is that they tear down and don’t build up. So, promote your candidate, if you have one, but I suspect whoever it is would probably prefer people who can articulate his ideas instead of fling feces.

You are so entirely spot on here.
And in many other contexts - especially church life/theology but also just generally interacting with culture (including the fine arts) - I have really made this my implicit life goal, and I have become basically out of patience for those that find fault and criticize everything. I am not sure I have every articulated it to myself that crisply, but what you say there, is really spot on, and at least for me, words to live by!
I love Dr Carson, but he is a flawed candidate. It irks the left that a black person is republican. And yes, he could beat Hillary, but so could I. She is awful, and needs to take off those “Big Boy Pants.”
He’s a really good guy—BUTTTTTTT...........
He’ll bring in FAR too many Mehhicccans.
He’ll take away all the military-style weapons that we will need for the coming (localized—in YOUR TOWN) muslim war.
