We know how Breyer, Ginsburg, Kagan and Sotomayor will vote--against the Constitution.
We know how Alito, Thomas and Scalia will vote--for the Constitution. Hopefully, also Roberts, who is at least consistant on the Second Amendment. But Kennedy?
