***agnostics who lack sufficient proof in their minds about the existence of the Almighty,***

The mere fact that they are alive should be proof enough.

I often wonder, when her atheist followers came for Madalyne Murray O’Hair with the strangling cords, chainsaw and sledge hammers did she say “OH MY GOD!” or “OH MY ME!”

A “true” atheist would not be offended by any religious symbol — just as a “true” Christian is not offended by Stars of David or by crescent rolls.

But, in the spirit of compromise, perhaps a statue of “nothing” should be added to that water tower. That statue would be “invisible”, of course.

I’m starting to wonder who bank-rolls all these anti-American “non-profits”?

Russia? Iran? Drug-dealers?

Let’s get the free press working on that....

Yes! As a Christian I am not offended by crescent rolls, especially since the croissant was created to celebrate Jan Sobieski’s victory over the Turks at the Battle of Vienna in 1683. The crescent was defeated by the cross.

Now...are Muslims offended every time an “infidel” bites into a crescent roll? If that’s not an attack on an Islamic symbol, well...a ban on croissants may be in the works.

;^)

Freedom From Religion Foundation demanded that our city take down a 40 Days of Prayer reminder from the city website. They refused & the city supports the decision! They must have a bunch of little Natzi nannies scouring the Internet for “offenses”.
