Would not the U.S. companies who set up foreign subsidiaries in Iran be subject to penalties for violating the law, no matter what 0bama says? Screw 0bama. If I were a shareholder in a U.S. company violating us law I would try to raise hell at a shareholders meeting. Hopefully most corporations will listen to their lawyers, not 0bama.
Exactly correct...it is the companies that will be liable in court, not Dear Leader. That is the beauty of it, US Business doesn’t have the “get outta jail free ‘cuz I’m a Democrat” card like Obozo.
