Meet the 46 U.S. Senators Guilty of Treason U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch just announced America’s partnership with the United Nations to initiate a “global police force.” Her efforts are consistent with other politicians who reject the Second Amendment, not to mention the first several articles of the U.S. Constitution.

In April 2013 the U.N. General Assembly overwhelmingly approved the first international treaty written to regulate a $60 billion global small arms trade. Only Iran, Syria, and North Korea opposed the treaty. In opposition to Obama and Kerry, the U.S. Senate voted 53-46 against the United Nations (U.N.) Arms Trade Treaty, in favor of Amendment 139 on March 23, 2013. Amendment 139’s stated purpose was, “To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty (U.N. Resolution 2117).”

Any candidate for Speaker needs to answer the following two questions:

1. Do you believe Obama issuing Executive Orders to control guns is constitutional?

2. If not, do you agree as Speaker to immediately file articles of impeachment if he issues them?

Hillary now is openly saying the Constitution is invalid as she will control guns and bypass Congress if elected President.

The lack of Civics in schools in favor of diversity training is going to kill this country.

Whatever. My rights are not up for discussion. They are mine and cannot be infringed upon or taken away merely because some government stooges think that they have the power to do so.

“..Hillary now is openly saying the Constitution is invalid as she will control guns and bypass Congress if elected President...”

Hitlery is playing off of Obama’s repeated lawlessness and hatred for American freedoms. IMHO, Americans will not tolerate this insane hatred and any move toward ABSOLUTE POWER.

They can vote all they want.

They can’t take my rights away, because they didn’t give me my rights.

They lack the necessary standing.

[[NO MAS!!!]]

No mas is a sign of defeat- Roberto Duran cried no mass against sugar ray leonard and refused ot continue fighting- it was the ‘no mas heard around the world’

Bad connotations associated with no mass

But yes, we get your point- We should say we’re not going to take it any more

Why this upcoming vote for Speaker of the house of Representatives is so very, very important? Let’s first look at the US Constitution, the Supreme Law of the United States of America.

Article II.
Section 1. clause 6
In case of the removal of the President from office, or of his death, resignation, or Inability to discharge the powers and duties of the said office, the same shall devolve on the Vice President, and the Congress may by law provide for the case of removal, death, resignation or Inability, both of the President and Vice President declaring what officer shall then act as President, and such officer shall act accordingly, until the disability be removed, or a President shall be elected.
(Modified by: Amendment 20 & Amendment 25)

Section 4.
The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.

Now let’s look at the line of succession, in the event the President either dies or is removed from office.

Order of Presidential Succession
According to the Presidential Succession Act of 1792, the Senate president pro tempore1 was next in line after the vice president to succeed to the presidency, followed by the Speaker of the House.
In 1886, however, Congress changed the order of presidential succession, replacing the president pro tempore and the Speaker with the cabinet officers. Proponents of this change argued that the congressional leaders lacked executive experience, and none had served as president, while six former secretaries of state had later been elected to that office.
The Presidential Succession Act of 1947, signed by President Harry Truman, changed the order again to what it is today. The cabinet members are ordered in the line of succession according to the date their offices were established.
Prior to the ratification of the 25th Amendment in 1967, there was no provision for filling a vacancy in the vice presidency. When a president died in office, the vice president succeeded him, and the vice presidency then remained vacant. The first vice president to take office under the new procedure was Gerald Ford, who was nominated by Nixon on Oct. 12, 1973, and confirmed by Congress the following Dec. 6.
The Vice President is first inline to be president, but if he too were either to die or be impeached at the same time as the president, then it is the Speaker of the House

Folks, with the very liberal Boehner out of he way, a man who believes in this nation, as Speaker of the House could very easily be the next president.

”… 46 U.S. Senators ..."

Patriots, please bear in mind that this treasonous action by the corrupt Senate was brought to you by the ill-conceived 17th Amendment (17A). More on 17A later.

From a related thread …

The UN can gun grab all it wants. Unless their treaties are approved and ratified by our Congress they do not apply to me.

Note that Congress cannot approve and ratify treaties if a treaty gives Congress the power to do things that the states have never delegated to Congress, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to do.

In fact, based on his experience as vice president and president of the Senate, Thomas Jefferson had essentially clarified that the Senate cannot use its power to negotiate treaties as a way for Congress to bypass the Article V amendment process to create new powers for itself.

A more important example concerning limits on treaty powers powers comes from the Supreme Court. In fact, the Court reflected on Jefferson’s words, clarifying that Congress cannot use it’s power to negotiate treaties as a way to bypass its constitutionally limited powers.

"2. Insofar as Art. 2(11) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice provides for the military trial of civilian dependents accompanying the armed forces in foreign countries, it cannot be sustained as legislation which is "necessary and proper" to carry out obligations of the United States under international agreements made with those countries, since no agreement with a foreign nation can confer on Congress or any other branch of the Government power which is free from the restraints of the Constitution [emphasis added].” — Reid v. Covert, 1956.

And there’s an added bonus if patriots can replace Senate Democrats and RINOs, winning a 2/3 state sovereignty-respecting conservative supermajority in the 2016 elections. More specifically, the Senate will be able to work with the House to impeach and remove Constitution-ignoring activist justices from the bench.

The ill-conceived 17th Amendment needs to disappear, and corrupt senators who take away our 2nd Amendment rights though unconstitutional treaties as well.

I wonder when out government will just send some atomic bombs straight up to eliminate all of us.

It would be better than turning us into a Socialist totalitarian dictatorship like they want.

“Give me Liberty or give me death” never meant so much until now. There will be a LOT of blood on the heads of these traitors if the UN comes for OUR guns.

We the People will not submit to their lawless anti-Constitutional sham “laws”.
