Why do I get the feeling this is a bogus article, unless the writer has gangbanger friends who he can run to just to cook up a quick anti-gun story?
He could have gotten a gun in even less time in most states. He's describing a private sale. It's not illegal.
In the article he confirms that he’s a former gang-banger with connections back in his old turf. He worked those connections to access the firearms.
Not surprising, and his acknowlegement that some of the weapons were illegally imported is a good case in our favor.
