Oakland police investigators have identified a 23-year-old man who is wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of an ice cream vendor inside his truck.
Police said Wednesday that they believe Joevan Lopez was responsible for shooting 45-year-old Jasvir Singh at Peach Street and 93rd Avenue about 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
