FULL TITLE: Desperate Fox Punditry, and Establishment GOPe Advocates, Jump Shark on Trump “Eminent Domain” Comments…

The latest round of attacks aimed toward Donald Trump can only reasonably be considered divinely inspired fails.

OMG Donald Trump Supports Eminent Domain!!

[ *NOTE* Watch closely who picks up on this attack approach and you’ll identify an even larger number of the GOPe deceivers than were visible before. ]

Brett Baier interviewed Donald Trump for his Fox News Special Report segment and carried with him a specifically pre-framed angle of attack, an agenda. Baier used the Club for Growth argument (see video: @3:34) for conversation about Eminent Domain

VIDEO

Of course Eminent Domain is wonderful, it goes without saying.

It is not even a reasonable argument to state otherwise. Eminent Domain is expressly written into the 5th Amendment of the U.S. constitution because without the ability of government to control property use, institute easements and take ownership of land parcels there would be complete chaos.

Maybe these outstanding experts like Steve Hayes would like to move to a place where there isn’t eminent domain. Oh, say like.......Outer Mongolia? I’d like them to name one country that has highways and public facilities of any type that doesn’t have a version of eminent domain.

In a world that is falling apart, the anti-Trump are worried that Trump supports a sloppy SCOTUS decision on Eminent domain? It is more about finding something that will stop Trump. In the great scheme of things, like any issue, like all issues is about abuse. Abuse is confronted by applying common sense. This is far far less problematic than Carson’s anti-Afghanistan invasion stance, Rubio’s double dealing on immigration. Fiorina’s questionable HP dealings in re Iran, etc, etc... Fox is so blindly anti-Trump, because of Mirdoch’s ex-wife being friends with Ivanka Trump, that they will use an issue, any issue, they pray will be trouble for the Trump campaign. It gets tiresome.

Trump has done all of us who mistakenly thought Faux News was really “fair and balanced” a great big favor. They are just the “house organ” for the GoPee. Rupert claps his hands and the on-air “organ grinders monkeys” do what they are told. Just hoping now that America One News Network can fill the void.

This is completely fatuous. The issue is not the existence of eminent domain, it is the abuse of it. Like the Kelo decision.

Like other situation where one person’s private property is taken, not for a true “public use” but to benefit another private party who is more favored by the ruling gov’t officials.

FReepers used to be against Kelo-style abuse. Then Trump happened.

I think Trump handled it very well, and Brett was really on his side I think. NOt an overly hostile interview.

THEN COMES THAT LITTLE P*ICK, WHO UP TIL NOW STRUCK ME AS A PRETTY STRAIGHT SHOOTER... YOU COULD SEE THE HOSTILITY IN HIS EYES.

EMINENT DOMAIN HAS PASSED THE SUPREME COURT... IT IS LAW...BUT HAVING SAID THAT TRUMP DOES NOT BACK DOWN.

The other thing is that he get’s the other two, to say a few kind words about him.

Trump is the man... I would think much more respectfully if the rest of the pack drop out and supports him and the party at this time.

From her castle in the gloomy forest, Witch Megyn is commanding her cadre of flying monkeys to go and cause trouble for Trump.. George, Charles, Steve, Byron, and Karl are all in attack mode. Sadly they flew into the engines of Trump’s jet, idling on the ground. Megyn is devastated. Devastated except for Karl, who she had been mad at since 2012, because of the Ohio debacle. She was heard to wail, “What a world, what a world”. When the surviving monkeys brought back all that remained from those that were lost. Mangled gold rims from spectacles belonging to George.

I watched Special Report last night for the first time in a couple of weeks, simply because Trump was on. Watching the panel at the end, I remarked to my wife that I was sure Baier, Krauthammer and Hays would be voting BUSH in the Virginia primary. Liasson, of course would be voting for Hillary.

I saw the interview. Steve Hayes can jump in a lake. Trump explained thoroughly, about “ID”, that landholders make a killing a price when they hold out, and it’s only for projects that will employ thousands. Please, go try something else!

It is not encouraging that the conservative base can not seem to bring FOX News to heel, for trying to kill democracy and instead to lobby viewers for a total reliance on media selection of our nominee.

[’I’m so indignant Steve Hayes’....]

He just picked up the Krauts real opinion of Trump and ran with it. Did you see his goofy grin when they panned to him?
