WASHINGTON—U.S. Senator John McCain criticized the response of President Barack Obama's administration to Russian military action in Syria, saying "everybody knows that Russia is winning."
McCain, who has long promoted deploying U.S. ground forces to fight Islamic State militants in Iraq and Syria, told Alhurra TV that Russia has established itself and become "the dominant player."
"They have for the first time since 1973 played a major role in the Middle East, and they're achieving all of their objectives while we sit by and call it a quagmire or in the words of the secretary of defense, unprofessional," McCain said. "It has become almost a joke."
Obama authorized an aerial campaign against the Islamic State that has included more than 2,600 airstrikes in Syria and 4,600 in Iraq, but the bombings have had limited success and he has so far ruled out sending American ground troops.

How Songbird McCain got to be Chairman of the Armed Services Committee and involved in Homeland Security is beyond belief.

There will be problems in the long run with Russia there, but in the short term, Send as many of those b*****Ds to their 72 succubuses as possible.
It is easier to beat them if you are not making deals with and arming them as Obama and McCain did.

Obama is not fighting a war against ISIL, he is taking a trick from Bill Clinton's 1990s game play book called “
Unilateral Disarmament of the United States Military and demoralization of it's soldiers by engaging in non stop, grinding military operation that put massive stress and wear and tear on American Aircraft, Ships and personal while forcing them to fly over war zones with heavily armed and loaded aircraft trying to authorization to support desperate calls for help and air support from allies on the ground from commanders on the ground who are waiting for White House authorization that never comes, and then having to fly back to base or the ship to land with a full load out of 18,000 lbs of bombs which risks blowing you and an 5 billion dollar aircraft carrier to bits and pieces and puts even more wear and tear to prematurely wear out the parts of the aircraft for which there are no spares because Obama has cut the military budget to the bone, while massively increasing the pace of operations all to accomplish absolutely nothing while our pilots flying around and watching our allies on the ground getting the heck pounded out of them while begging in frustration for authorization to support that never comes. “
