The United Nations on Monday released a first draft of the negotiating text for the major conference on climate taking place in Paris in December.
The document is a step forward for the talks, slimming down the text from more than 90 pages earlier this year to just 20.
Negotiators from 195 countries are to gather for a new session of talks Oct. 19-23 in Bonn, Germany.

They don’t need even 20 pages. They just need a few bullet points;
* No more gasoline, diesel,coal, or natural gas.
* Send $5 Trillion per year to more deserving oppressed nations.
* All you first world people...freeze in the dark and never travel farther than you can walk.
WHAT?! You don’t love the smell of dung fires in the morning?
And yet, no one in Congress has the cojones to eliminate from the Federal budget any spending for the UN.
Well, then, I would not want to soil their pure motives with filthy capitalist lucre; therefore, I propose that we eliminate the expenditure of American taxpayer dollars for the UN in an effort to help that organization maintain its purity.
Unfortunately, the change referred to has already been tried by Nikolai Lenin, Josef Stalin, Mao Tse Tung, Fidel Castro, Che Guevara, and Ho Chi Minh, among others - and has invariably failed miserably.

By that time, Paris will be swarming with REFUGEES....Each “diplomat” needs to take a few into their fancy hotel rooms, wine and dine them in fancy restaurants and heck - even take some home with them as long as it’s not the U.S.
