Any firearm “purchased on the Internet” must be sent to a licensed firearm dealer (FFL) before buyer can get it. All necessary paperwork is done, including background check before firearm can be obtained.

ALL internet gun purchases are shipped to a Federal Firearms License dealer where all the rest of the legal requirements are on the FFL dealer to complete the transaction.
