Sociopaths learn to mimic the body language of care and concern. They can turn it on as if by flipping a switch. That’s why people subjected to this body language lie think he has charisma. But he is as dead to them inside as a piece of cardboard.
Men who make awesome husbands and parents are often viewed as uninteresting and anti-charismatic. That’s because our species uses charisma to attract a mate and those men are not looking for a mate. They have one, thank you very much.

I worked in the finance department, at two major corporations. For some odd reason, both were located, for at least a period of time, adjacent to the Public Relations group.
My observation is that many people who are paid to be “nice”, are not very nice people, at all.
