I did some checking and found out that the government DOES track patients on particular medications. Its called the PAT System and theybhave something similar in just about every state. Most psychotopic drugs are monitored. According to my source the system was originally designed to identify patients (addicts) who were trying to shop around to get certain drugs when they were turned down by one physician and would go to another physivian tryingnto get their fix. But get this - the system could be queried to poduce lists of patients on psychotropic drugs. A creative mind might use this info to target these drug addled minds to make them snap. If they had a gun they might even shoot some place up.

My wife as an MD psychiatrist is approved to access this list. While its main use is to stop people from Dr. shopping for multiple prescriptions to prevent substance abuse, the main cause of the psychotic breaks is patients who do not take their meds.

My theory too. These nut jobs always post their wannabe jihadist sympathies online long before they actually do the deed. It wouldn’t be hard to find and recruit them, then give them the “go” signal at the opportune time.
I wouldn’t put anything past the current administration.
