Ex-Pres Clinton laughs as strategic US uranium deposits are sold off to Russia.

"Hahahaha. US ntl security? Hahahaha.
You gotta be kidding, Vlad. All I want is my cut."

"How'm I gonna get-rich-quick like the Clintons if Putin won't cooperate?"

“I’m not the slightest bit concerned.”

ME TOO!!! At least someone is willing to fight the terrorists. All that I see us doing is handing over billions of dollars of military hardware to a bunch of college kids, who then promptly give it to ISIS. Not much progress there...assuming that we really want ISIS to lose.

"International concerns ?"

What are the EU and the US going to do about this, sanctions?

Russia is formulating a logistic stronghold while Western Europe and the United States are playing pat-a-cake, pat-a-cake with "refugees". Who will come out stronger in the end?

United States' economic advantage is becoming a joke due to debt monetization running its course and an Apple/Android/Microsoft generation of tech zombies who are scared of their own shadows.

As long as Putin bombs whoever at any point in time talked to McCain. From CNN:

Sen. John McCain -- chairman of the U.S. Senate Armed Services Committee -- told CNN's Chris Cuomo that he could "absolutely confirm" that the initial strikes were "against our Free Syrian Army or groups that have been armed and trained by the CIA, because we have communications with people there."

McCain called the Russian strikes "an incredible flouting of any kind of cooperation or effort to conceal what their first -- Putin's priority is. And that is of course to prop up Bashar al-Assad."

That's a good start. When I see McCain's head explode (not literally of course), then I will conclude Putin has done his job. After that the law of unintended consequences kicks in. But it was a mess to begin with so I don't really care.

Does this mean boots on the ground soldiers are engaged? Last count, there are 2,000 Russian soldiers in Syria.

Not yet, first you bomb and destroy all their cover and concealment on the desert floor. You force the cockroaches out into the open. Then you bring in the ground troops and conduct a sweep of the area to clear it of individual bands of shell shocked wandering vermin.
