You can call it whatever you like. There’s no way that Putin didn’t kill one single civilian. So that’s a fallacy in itself.
I can still hear 0bama’s words ring clear when back in 2008 he was unaware of an open mic near him . He told Putin “I can do more once I’ve been reelected” . Now I see what these two commie dictators have in common ,,,, the dismantling of our once strong nation .
