I’m in AZ and am blessed by the full throated conservatism of McCain. Even with the Californication and illegals there are holdout areas of sanity. But SC has our problem. Not enough of them left.
Purple is the new red. Even Texas has Austin.

Caught a headline early, early this morning on Drudge from Ann Romney saying something about Trump to the effect that his run was “interesting”. Didn’t have time to go to the link and looks like it’s gone now!

Mr. Romney did not mention retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson, who along with Mr. Trump and Ms. Fiorina has captured an anti-establishment sentiment within the GOP primary electorate. And the Wash Times did not mention that Ted Cruz was not mentioned.
That would be a Double Exclusion for Ted Cruz.

Can we take up a collection and buy Romney a clue?

It must be hard for the once-famous to accept the fact that they are irrelevant.
Maybe Mitt should become an FR contributor. At least 2-3 people will care about his opinion here.

Not mentioning Cruz is confirmation of just how much GOPe hates him.
That’s why I like him.

Why doesn't he go try to resurrect the Rambler or something? Anything to keep him out of politics.

everyone he mentioned is 100% GOPe. Carson is just a useful idiot for the GOPe. Carson is just a sacrificial anode to keep trump numbers from going too high.

I vow to stay home if anyone he listed is the nominee.

Mitt doesn’t include trump because he rightfully figures, if they want a life-long liberal recently “converted” to
conservatism, I’m already here, we don’t need The Donald.

Interesting timing. I just now received an email asking me to make a contribution to help draft Mitt Romney for President. Not sure if it is a gag website or a serious one, but the link takes you to a website that sells just three t-shirts, "Draft Mitt", "WWRD" (with a picture of Reagan) and an anti-Hillary shirt. Not posting link, don't wanna give them free advertising.
No, thanks Mitt.

This guy is utterly establishment.
While it was a 100% disaster that Obama won in 2012, it would have been a 97% disaster if Romney won.

Cruz I think would be happy that Romney did not endorse him, Trump also.

Mainstream conservative? I thought Romney was a severe conservative.

President Romney should have a keen insight about these things.
