Today the debt ceiling passed the Senate. Headed for the House where more Republican capitulation will have us hitting 20 trillion in debt before Obozo leaves office.

If adding 4 trillion in debt was unpatriotic, what is adding 12 trillion?

Geez, I wish the national debt was only 9 or 10 trillion now, as compared to the 18 or 19 trillion we are up to.

Candidate Obama at least made mention of the growing debt and perhaps had some notion of the financial problems we will eventually face. But as president, he has kicked the can down the road.

Will we ever have a balanced budget???? To me, the financial situation of the country should be a matter of the math of the situation, and not a Democrat or Republican issue. But what do I know? I’m not smart enough or have connections enough to get elected president so I can ignore such problems...........
