I see no reason why the next Constitutional conservative U.S. Attorney General cannot operate effectively from an office in Upstate South Carolina.
I'll call your bet and raise it: there's no reason why every damned member of Congress can't serve from their districts. Hell a "Go To Meeting" account and a few thousand dollars worth of stuff from Wal Mart and it could happen.
