I don’t care who stops ISIS as long as they’re stopped.

If Putin has to take the leadership role because Obama is waiting on approval from his muslim brotherhood pals, I am okay with that.

Obama has set this nation back 50+ years.

It was as easy as taking candy from a baby.

Or a Barry.

Or a baby Barry.

As the case may be.

Putin got together with other leaders in the region and he and they have agreed on a new pact where they will share intel against ISIS. We aren’t part of it.

He's gone now to even refusing to call Muslim extremists terrorists. He won't even call ISIS terrorists. He calls some highly devout Muslim extremist a cult. But he will not call them terrorists.

You wouldn't call someone a terrorist if you agreed with their grievances and their methods.

Our potus is an intellectually deficient girly man and coward. He's stupid. But he's perfect for the democrats since he exemplifies that demographic. That's why Putin is the world's leader. And this fact is going to come back and bite us.

Ayatolla Obama will soon issue a statement explaining that the power vacuum was created by George Bush. In addition, he had no plan to fight ISIS due to George Bush as well.

Obama's election was simply symbolism over substance. A lot of fools got a "warm and fuzzy" over a black man in charge of a world power.

Many Americans thought the world would praise the US for putting someone with no record and no achievement in a position of power.

The world laughed at the foolishness of the US. Now the US understands why Africa is a backward continent. American purposely voted itself into insignificance.

Weakness always begets strength. Sometimes the strength is benevolent (the weakness in the Republican Party made it inevitable that someone like Trump would rise - inevitable), and sometimes the strength is something else (the weakness of Yelstin after the break up of the USSR made it inevitable thay Putin would rise - inevitable).

Weakness always begets strength. The people born of it may be different (for the GOP, even if Trump hadn't run some other strong resolute man would have stepped forward to save the country), but strength will always be triggered to come forth by weakness.

As for Putin ...Yelstin's drunken folly triggered the rise of a calculating monster, who may have even triggered an attack on an apartment building in order to create the necessary cassus belli that would lead the Russian army back into Chechnya (the Second Chechen War) to 'fix' the mistakes and errors of the First Chechen War.

That was then, and the results have been largely limited to Russia (where Putin does have real popularity, but in a manner that reminds me of fascism rather than communism) and, obviously, Russia's neighbors

Now it's far more complicated as I am not even sure what new evolution Obama's weakness has triggered. We are seeing a new evolution from Putin (a country with an economy the size of Italy just got shoved forward as a global powerpoint), and we are ALSO seeing a new evolution from China (people always focus on Russia, as they should, but ignore a far more powerful country adjacent to Russia that is more powerful than even the USSR could have hoped for - China). Obama's weakness has inspired new movement in Russia AND China, and what that means is anyone's guess.

Suffice it to say that the next POTUS will have a lot of very hard work to do. He will face:

1. a Russia that's making sense to a lot of countries around the world; 2. a China that is getting more and more economic and military power, and exercising it around the world, particularly in countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America that the US is too arrogant to bother with until it is too late ...in FR some years back someone said that Africa only has 'beetle dung,' even as China makes huge strides there. People are now worried about China building a couple of airstrips on artificial islands in the South China Sea, yet a few years back they ignored significant land and resource grabs across continentS. Amazing. 3. Global terrorism, as more and more disparate Sunni Islam radical groups join Islamic State. Groups based from Boko Haram in West Africa (now called Islamic State in West Africa) to Abu Sayyaf in the Philippines will join Islamic State. The only groups left out will be some independent Sunni outfits (eg some hard core Al Qqeda groups too proud to join their more successful cousin) and Shia Islamic groups like Hezbollah (if I had time I could tell you how I see the US getting forced to fight WITH the likes of Hezbollah against Islamic State, but then again I don't want you to think I'm crazy ...but I am serious, and absolutely not crazy, and it will happen).

Thus, the next POTUS will face those three issues, on top of the other standard issues that bother someone in the big seat. Obama will leave a poisoned chalice.

The news in the Middle East regarding Putin. I want to stress this again. I don't want there to be any misunderstanding. I was not praising Putin as a new humanitarian

Rush is following the crowd that is still brainwashed with the USSR and it's 70 years of communist rule.

It's been a new Russia for 25+ years. Now a Democratic, family, homophobic, Christian, conservative country, in which Putin has ~80% approval.

The facts are that Putin has been against all the screw ups, we (Obama) have made in the ME. And now he's on track to becoming a new humanitarian that world desperately needs.

RUSH WAS A RANTING FOOL TODAY.

Think back to Clinton’s presidency and the DOS Madeline Albright. On several occasions and in her book she said it was in the best interest of the USA for it not to be the only superpower, which it was. She worked to strengthen other nations as a balance against the US. She and Clinton were instrumental in the formation of the EU which was to be the most important counter to US interests. They favored the strengthening of Russia and China to counter the power of the US. They operated on the thesis that the US was too powerful and that power had to be dissipated.

Rush has it right. Obama is an utter and complete failure and has put the peace of the entire world at risk. Pooty is now moving in to the ME, big time.
