I think the Second Amendment over rules this judge... (closet pay-off to judge by N.Y. Gov.)

Well, there is a Constitutional right to own a gun. But there is NOT a Constitutional right to be a DA.

But is any agreement in which an individual agrees to give up a Constitutional right a valid one...one that would be upheld by a court?

Or a Constitutiknal right to carry into the DA’s office. But she is banning it at home. Well, of course she can make exceptions so the right amount of groveling and submission should work. But then groveling submissive types aren’t likely to own guns anyway.

Leading to the conclusion that since her employees don’t own or carry to start with this is political posturing meant to bolster up anti-gun attitudes in NY and position her for higher office.
