Dunno. Don’t know if the Antichrist operates from Europa just as his base or if the 10 are world-wide. He’ll rule world-wide, of course, but how I don’t know that we can know.
IMHO, USA, Great Britain and Russia must be conquered somehow. Seems illogical and impossible, but somehow Satan gives him authority over the Earth for a short period of time.
And then, it’s the Lake of Fire for the Antichrist and the False Prophet.
And 1,000 years of peace with Christ reigning!
It’s not for lack of central authority that this crisis is happening but because of it.
