What have strong principled politicians accomplished since Reagan left.

Obamacare scrapped?
Illegals deported?
Wall built?
Abortion outlawed?
National debt reduced?

I am done with all talk and no action. I want a candidate who has ACTUALLY BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN THE MAIN STREET REAL WORLD ECONOMY. Someone who has ACTUALLY CREATED JOBS.

Career politicians are in the pockets of their rich donors. Even the most principled conservative, senator Cruz, pushed TPA, voted yes on Corker Bill and wants to increase H1B visas by 500%. That is exactly what his rich donors want, to export middle class jobs and import cheap labor express via H1-B visa’s.

Bottom line, support a candidate who is not controlled by rich donors, who will make better deals on foreign trade, deport ALL illegals (only Trump is saying that), propose a smart tax plan, propose a free market healthcare program, take better care of vets, stay out of stupid wars (Iraq & Vietnam prime examples), make military strong, and reduce federal bureaucracy.

Well said and I agree!

Trump is for Universal Health care...

“The America We Deserve: on Health Care

We must have universal health care

I’m a conservative on most issues but a liberal on health. It is an unacceptable but accurate fact that the number of uninsured Americans has risen to 42 million. Working out detailed plans will take time. But the goal should be clear: Our people are our greatest asset. We must take care of our own. We must have universal healthcare.

Our objective [should be] to make reforms for the moment and, longer term, to find an equivalent of the single-payer plan that is affordable, well-administered, and provides freedom of choice. Possible? The good news is, yes.

There is already a system in place-the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program-that can act as a guide for all healthcare reform. It operates through a centralized agency that offers considerable range of choice. While this is a government program, it is also very much market-based. It allows 620 private insurance companies to compete for this market.

Once a year participants can choose from plans which vary in benefits and costs.”

Hmmm, WOW.

Perhaps you would feel more comfortable over at the DU?

“The America We Deserve: on Abortion

Pro-choice, but ban partial birth abortion

I support a woman’s right to choose, but I am uncomfortable with the procedures. When Tim Russert asked me on Meet the Press if I would ban partial-birth abortion, my pro-choice instincts led me to say no. After the show, I consulted two doctors I respect and, upon learning more about this procedure, I have concluded that I would support a ban.”

So you support the dem ban on ‘assault weapons’?

And waiting periods...

Wonderful, just wonderful... NOT

..

“Dems and Reps are both wrong on guns

It’s often argued that the American murder rate is high because guns are more available here than in other countries. Democrats want to confiscate all guns, which is a dumb idea because only the law-abiding citizens would turn in their guns and the bad guys would be the only ones left armed. The Republicans walk the NRA line and refuse even limited restrictions.

For assault weapon ban, waiting period, & background check

I generally oppose gun control, but I support the ban on assault weapons and I support a slightly longer waiting period to purchase a gun. With today’s Internet technology we should be able to tell within 72-hours if a potential gun owner has a record.
