Moscow lawyer Vsevolod Sazonov calls to ban the sale of the iPhone and is going to get a million rubles as compensation for moral damage.
In Savelovsky court of Moscow received the lawsuit capital of the lawyer Vsevolod Sazonov to the American company Apple, reports Lifenews. The grievance of the plaintiff caused the smileys in the new operating system iOS 8.3, some of which contain LGBT symbols. As explained by Slowed Sazonov, he bought her six-year-old son an iPhone 6. Himself Californian tech giant, says the lawyer, should delete the disputed smilies in future versions.
Moral damage caused to him and his son watching emoticons, Vsevolod Sazonov was estimated at 985 000 rubles — the amount it expects to collect from the company.
Earlier, on the LGBT smileys have already drawn the attention of the Deputy of Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg Vitaly Milonov.
“Because I am not a teenager, we rarely use emoticons. But children are very willing to use these substitutions emotions smileys, kisses. If earlier it was cats and dogs, now in the new operating system appeared more dangerous “animals,” said Milonov.
According to the Deputy, all of this is to ensure that same-sex relationships in the eyes of Russian children was seen as something completely normal. If adults in this hard to convince, I’m sure Milonov, children much easier.
“If Apple wants to stay on the Russian market, then the only other option would be to release a patch that will remove this stuff from the operating system, he added. — The company must respect existing in the country legislation”.
While Vitaly Milonov stressed that fines will not solve the problem and in General, he opposes them. Much more productive is to remove LGBT smileys from the list of available — just the way Apple did with software installed in products for the Chinese market.
The law banning propaganda of the LGBT movement, one of the authors of the project which became the Deputy Elena Mizulina, operates in Russia since June 2013.

I don't want this sodomite satanic stuff on my phone. I am seriously thinking about changing phones. I know Apple is a major supporter of the satanic sodomite agenda, but so is all the other smart phone companies.

From the Russian link, it says, “If the bureau confirms suspicions of police officers about gay propaganda, according to article 6.21 Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences the Apple company will have to pay a penalty at the rate from 800 thousand to 1 million rubles or the company is threatened by a full suspension of activity in all territory of Russia.”
So the police officers believe that Apple is in violation.

Many others have said that people need to start companies that just don’t actively support the satanic sodomite agenda. At this point in time, I would be willing to support companies that don’t actively support the satanic sodomite agenda, even if it means that not all features or whatever is available. As long as it meets the main basic function and feature set, that would be acceptable.

Now why wouldn’t Apple want to respect Russia’s culture, just as US soldiers have to “respect” the culture of the demon-possessed followers of Islam who rape little boys and the US military personnel aren’t allowed to interfere?
Amazing. I never use the icons so I never knew those got snuck in there. It isn’t an iOS9 thing because I am still on iOS8. I wonder how long those have been there?
You can delete these off at least.
Go to Settings —> General —> Keyboard —> Keyboards —> Edit
Then click on the red delete button on the Emoji keyboard and delete it.
