Don’t count that damn RINO Bush out. The objective is to use Fiorina as a foil to destroy Trump, then wipe her out so a RINO Dream ticket of Bush/Rubio can emerges. Bush has so much money from the US CHAMBER of Commerce and crony capitalist PACS he can spend longer and harder than anyone else. The Gope’s dream ticket would not be Bush/Rubio or Rubio/Bush, they are both from Florida, they will select a VP from another state, most likely with a lot of electoral votes (possibly Cruz?)

Constitutionally that ticket could happen, but one of the candidates would have to forfeit the state's electoral votes so such tickets never happen.
Right now, though, Fiorina is more likely to push Bush out of the race than vice versa. Bush and Rubio are both more likely to go under than to make it to the end.
