1 this book, for instance, was suppressed by Saudi Arabia, through a muslim Irish Citizen arab millionaire, spending hundreds of thousands$ to bully the U.S. University Press that published it. After printing, they attempted to have all copies the books destroyed.
However, a patient search of the internet will find sources where a PDF version of the book can be downloaded...
